The fine print, in plain words
What is the Profit Leak Report?
The way in. Connect your Shopify store and get a one-page report of your three biggest leaks — in dollars, every number labeled measured or modeled. It runs on the Free plan and it's yours to keep even if you never pay. The upgrade pitch is simply: these numbers were true on the day of your report; BlendBadger keeps them true every day.
What counts as an "order"?
One imported order from any connected sales channel, counted once — no matter how many line items it has or how many times we re-sync it. Refunds, cancellations and test orders don't count against the meter.
What counts as a "SKU"?
One canonical (master) SKU after cross-channel mapping. The same product listed on Shopify, Amazon and Etsy is one SKU, not three.
What happens if I go over my plan's capacity?
Nothing breaks. We email you, your dashboard shows the overage, and you have a full billing cycle to upgrade. We don't silently pause syncs or hold your data hostage.
How does the annual −30% work?
Choose annual billing and the −30% rate is locked to your subscription for as long as it stays active — including when you upgrade tiers. Every future integration and Blend Engine capability is included at the price you signed up on.
Which features are live today, and which are coming?
Live today: Shopify sync, the contribution ladder, payout reconciliation, the SKU P&L, Data Health, expense capture and multi-currency. Coming, and always labeled as such: Blend Engine ROAS and channel-interaction models, and inventory forecasting. The Blend Roadmap shows the order.
What are AI credits?
AI chat answers ("why did margin drop on this SKU last week?") consume credits based on actual model usage. Each answer shows what it cost. Credits reset monthly and unused credits don't roll over.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period; annual plans run to the end of the paid year. Your data stays exportable throughout, and you can request deletion at any time. See the terms of service.
