Delete everything, any time

You own your data. Ask us to delete it and we remove your account, your store connections, and every figure we computed from them — permanently, within 30 days in live systems; encrypted backups roll off automatically within 56 days. How to request deletion

  1. From your account — the fastest route. Sign in and open Settings. Under Connections, Disconnect stops a store or ad account immediately and deletes that platform's data within 30 days. To close the whole account, use Delete account at the bottom of the same page: it asks for your password and a typed confirmation, then closes the account, signs out every session and deletes everything on the schedule above.
  2. By email. Write to [email protected] from the address on the account. We confirm within 5 working days and finish within 30.
  3. From a connected platform. Some platforms notify us automatically when you remove BlendBadger: Shopify sends its mandatory redaction webhooks on uninstall, and Meta triggers our Data Deletion Callback and shows you a confirmation code you can quote to us to check progress. For other platforms, revoking BlendBadger's authorization cuts off our access and you can use route 1 or 2 to have the already-synced data deleted. Platform-specific steps are below.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) data deletion

If you connected a Meta ad account, you can have the ad-account data BlendBadger read via the Marketing API deleted in any of these three ways:

  1. Option A — from inside BlendBadger: sign in, open Settings → Connections, and choose Disconnect next to your Meta connection. The connection's data is deleted per the schedule above.
  2. Option B — from Facebook: in Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find BlendBadger, and choose Remove. This triggers our automated Data Deletion Callback: we delete the associated data, and Facebook shows you a confirmation code and a status URL pointing back to this page, where the code is displayed with the request status.
  3. Option C — by email: write to [email protected] and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.

TikTok data deletion

TikTok advertiser data follows the same three routes: disconnect in Settings → Connections inside BlendBadger, remove BlendBadger's authorization in your TikTok for Business settings, or email [email protected] — deletion completes within 30 days.

Shopify data deletion

Uninstalling BlendBadger from your Shopify store triggers Shopify's shop/redact process — the store's connection is revoked immediately and its data is deleted within 30 days. Customer-level redaction requests forwarded by Shopify (customers/redact) clear that customer's pseudonymized identifier from our analytical databases automatically.

Amazon data deletion

Amazon Selling Partner (SP-API) and Amazon Ads data follows the same three routes: disconnect in Settings → Connections inside BlendBadger, revoke BlendBadger's authorization from Seller Central → Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps (and the equivalent under your Amazon Ads account), or email [email protected].

In line with Amazon's Data Protection Policy, any Personally Identifiable Information we receive — order buyer names, shipping addresses and contact details — is encrypted in transit and at rest, is never retained beyond 30 days once your connection is removed, and is deleted from encrypted backups within 56 days. Order and financial figures used for your profit analytics are pseudonymized: we store no raw customer PII in the analytical databases, only a one-way hashed identifier that exists solely to count repeat buyers, and it is deleted with the rest of your data.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, users and sign-in credentials.
  • Store and advertising connections, and the access tokens behind them.
  • Orders, refunds, fees, ad spend, inventory and every profit figure derived from them.
  • Costs and expenses you entered, including uploaded invoice images.
  • Archived copies of the data we received from connected platforms.

What we keep, and why

We keep the minimum the law requires: billing and tax records for the statutory period under Bulgarian accounting and tax law, and security logs that record that a deletion happened. These contain no store data. We never sell data, and we never keep a copy to train anything.

A note on your customers' privacy

BlendBadger never stores your customers' names, addresses, emails or payment details. Customer identifiers are converted into a one-way hash (SHA-256) the moment data reaches us and the raw values are discarded. The hash is a pseudonymized identifier — we treat it as personal data under GDPR; we cannot use it to identify a person directly and we never attempt to reverse it. It exists only to count repeat buyers, and it is deleted with the rest of your data.
